Barracuda Queens become thieves and begin their first heist. They end up enjoying the adventure, and Klara and Lollo are able to pay off their debt.
Barracuda Queens releases on June 5, 2023 on Netflix, and here are the details you need to know about the series.
The ending feels so unsatisfying!
Netflix has returned with another series about rich girls doing questionable things; this time, it is okay.
The author’s interest is heightened when the title card reveals that the event is based on a real incident.
While the plot is predictable and does not evoke much sober thought, the elements of the series make it entertaining.
Barracuda Queens recap
After a crazy weekend trip to the Bastad, Lollo, Klara, Mia and Frida realize they messed things up the night before, with Klara and Lollo racking up 100,000 and 70,000 debts respectively.
They could not get it from their parents, and they could not tell them about the remarkably reckless behavior they made in the drunken haze that cost so much money. So Klara does other things to earn money, which later inspires Lollo.
Soon after, Barracuda Queens became thieves and began their first heist. They end up enjoying the adventure, and Klara and Lollo are able to pay off their debt.
However, they quickly want to proceed with appropriations, and with successive thefts, more outsiders get involved while police continue to investigate the robbery.
Group feuds, dishonesty, and lack of communication landed all of them in jail. While they’re all being interrogated, the police are out trying to find evidence that can convict them, only to find nothing as additional criminals appear. An unforeseen character works behind the scenes to help the girls.
The End of Barracuda Queens Explained
Were Barracuda Queens Arrested? Did They End Up In Jail?
The police investigating the case realized that the five women were part of a group and somehow connected to all the victims of the robbery.
When all of this was combined with the discovery of five empty glasses at each crime scene, investigators concluded that the girls were to blame for the robberies.
However, Queen Barracuda was interrogated before they could straighten her story out. They exposed themselves more and more as they spoke.
However, the girls are very lucky when a group of male robbers break into Klara and Frida’s house while their father is present. He called the police, and the thief was caught.
Among the items collected from them were some stolen items that Frida had collected from each heist, thus making the gang a suspect.
Authorities also raided the Carl-Johan family property and found the Warehouse empty. They had no choice but to let Barracuda Queens go.
Who moves Stolen Items from the Warehouse?
Carl-Johan calls Margareta when investigators arrive to question him. Margareta cleans up Lollo’s mess with the help of Carl-Johan after recovering from the shock of discovering what her daughter and the other girls have done.
When the girls are released, they find all the stolen items in the “practice”, most probably the Millkvist family office room, when Margareta sends them there and realizes she was the one who saved them.
Will Queen Barracuda continue to engage in heists?
Upon release, the girls celebrate and cheer, revealing they’ve learned nearly nothing from their trauma and didn’t realize how close they were to jail.
Luckily and Margareta helped them in this situation but that may only occur sometimes. They will be confident and invulnerable as they get away with their crimes.
Barracuda Queens, like their real-life counterparts, would likely have continued their heist for years until they were caught and convicted. There is no reason to believe that the females will be terminated.
