The upcoming miniseries ‘Fatal Attraction’ is based on the 1987 film of the same title by Adrian Lyne. The new series is a re-imagining of the older films as it addresses modern attitudes towards strong women, coercive control, and personality disorders while exploring themes of infidelity and marriage.
The plot revolves around an affair between a lady named Alex and a married man Dan Gallagher. But when Alex decides not to end the affair, it destabilizes to the point where it threatens the lives of Dan and his wife Beth.
When Will Fatal Attraction Be Released?

The series was first announced as a reboot of the original film in February 2021. The series received official orders in November of that year with Lizzy Caplan set to play Alex, played by Glenn Close in the film.
The character Dan played by Michael Douglas in the film was announced to be played by Joshua Jackson in the series on January 222. Filming began in the summer of 2022.
Paramount released a teaser trailer for the series on YouTube on March 1 this year. ‘Fatal Attraction’ will be released on Paramount+ on April 30, 2023.
