Gareth Edwards has directed the upcoming American sci-fi action thriller film ‘The Creator’.
The plot includes a war between humanity and artificial intelligence forces.
A former special forces agent named Joshua who is grieving the loss of his wife, is assigned to hunt down the elusive architect behind an advanced AI. The architect who has developed the weapon to end war in addition to all mankind, is known as the Creator.

The film was first planned as an untitled project in February 2020. John David Washington was announced as the cast in May 2021.
That year in June several other cast members joined forces in January and February 2022. Filming took place from January 17, 2022 to May 30, 2022.

John David Washington-
In the role of main character Joshua- a former special forces agent tasked with killing advanced AI architects, we will find an American actor and former professional football player John David Washington.
Among her previous film credits, there’s the 2017 American musical drama film ‘Love Beats Rhyme’ in which he played the role of Mahlik. Washington plays Dennis Williams in the American drama film ‘Monsters and Humans‘ in 2018.
The same year he also played Ron Stallworth in the biographical black comedy crime film ‘BlacKkKlansman’ and Lieutenant Kelley in the biographical crime film ‘The Old Man & the Gun’.
In 2020 Washington was cast to play the Protagonist in the sci-fi action thriller ‘Principle‘.
In black and white romantic drama film 2021′Malcolm & Marie‘ he co-starred with Zendaya to play the titular Malcolm Elliott and also served as a producer.
The same year he also played the main character Beckett in the action thriller ‘Beckett’. As Harold Woodsman he has a role in the 2022 period mystery comedy thriller ‘Amsterdam’.
Besides ‘The Creator’ Washington will also star in the upcoming film ‘The Piano Lesson’ playing Boy Willie Charles.
Gemma Chan-
British actress Gemma Chan is another cast member announced for the upcoming film. Her first notable film role was as Candidate 2 in the psychological thriller ‘The Exam’ in 2009.
The following year he played Bo in the British thriller ‘Pimp’, Shin Shin in the neo-noir political thriller ‘Shanghai’, and Kim-Lin in the comedy-drama film ‘Submarine’.
Amy Chang, played in the 2014 American action thriller film ‘Jack Ryan: Shadow Recruit’. Next year he plays Chen-Lin in the French comedy drama ‘Families’.
Chan played Aggy in the British action thriller ‘Stratton’ in 2017. In the role of Astrid Leong-Teo, she was cast in the romantic comedy drama film ‘Crazy Rich Asians’.
