What Would Make Lady Gaga’s Harley Quinn Different From Margot Robbie’s Version?
It’s inevitable that there will be parallels between DC iconic interpretations of Gaga’s Harley and Margot Robbie as Gaga’s Harley is an alternate universe interpretation of the character. Warner Bros.
Pictures had, until recently, kept plenty of plot details under wraps, particularly those referring to Gaga’s Harley.
Joker: Folie à Deux will be a musical and psychological journey in contrast to the first film. The widely accepted notion was that the soundtrack would be influenced by the title Joker: Folie à Deux, which refers to a mental disorder. The rendering of the title suggests that Harley will likely have a vital role in the story.
Harley Gaga would clearly be much more removed from the fantastical elements that Robbie’s version has in the DCEU, given the time period the Joker series is set in. The Harley appearing in this version will haven’t any previous connection to Birds of Prey or Suicide Squad.
These Harley and Joker stories would be very different, particularly in terms of how they come together since Batman does not exist in this universe either.
Despite the proven fact that DC Universe will serve as the first new continuity, Joker: Folie à Deux shows why the Elseworlds initiative will continue to be something to eagerly look forward to. The first comic book film to feature music was this film.
More information on Gaga’s interpretation of Harley will be available as principal photography progresses. Audiences will have plenty to look forward to with this new portrayal of Harley, based on what is already known about her from Joker: Folie à Deux.
