At UFC 264 in July 2021, when Dustin Poirier defeated McGregor via first-round TKO, he fractured his lower left tibia and fibula. Before being whisked away for emergency surgery, an enraged McGregor hurls threats at Poirier.
Fans can relive McGregor’s injury and the events that followed two years later in “McGregor Forever”, a documentary series that debuted on Netflix on May 17th.
From his hospital bed, McGregor revealed that his adrenaline rush was at an all-time high, and he feared his career might be over.
