Who is The Gentleman Killer in Slasher Season 5?

It later turned out that the killer dropping dead bodies like flies all over the island was someone we thought had died at the start of the show, Dr. Trinn.
In an unforeseen turn of events, we learn that Spencer, played by David Cronenberg, paid Trinn to kill the losers throughout the tournament. Trinn was previously a Dr. Death, with multiple malpractice cases under his belt.
Then he put her on trial by making him kill O’Keefe’s biological father, an artist who had a love affair with Florence.
We learn that Trinn placed Merle’s corpse in a woodcutter and then pretended to fall into it when Florence threw a log at him.
She then hid her jewelery to make the victims believe it was her body they found in the woods.
Trinn then kills every single person on the island until only Theo, Vincent and Liv are spared. Vincent finally kills Trinn in a fit of rage after he taunts that he has a weird mystery about the three that will emerge if he dies without returning with an inheritor.
Who will win Slasher: Flesh and Blood?

With Trinn gone, the last 3 survivors were in chaos. Vincent and Theo’s feud reaches a boiling point when Vincent tries to kill his brother. However, Theo gains the advantage and brutally kills his brother by splitting his skull in half.
Theo and Liv then assumed that they could make and split the fortune, but Theo started making strange, classic statements that became more and more terrifying the more he spoke.
Finally, Theo spilled the big “secret” Trinn alluded to earlier, that he was drunk and crashed his car into a cave when he was young. Spencer compensated all the families of the kids who died.
Instead of expressing regret, Theo admits that the entire situation is most likely a good one because the old man is pleased with the cash, and Spencer coaxes him to look on the bright side. It’s disgusting, and it goes to show that Theo has more of a Spencer nutcase in him than he first thought.
A shocked Liv kills Theo as he rests in his arms, breaking his neck and leaving him as Spencer’s sole inheritor. Liv arranges the scene to make it look as if Trinn is slaughtering everybody before finally leaving.
She returns later, now pregnant with Theo’s child, to take care of the house. Liv reveals to her broker that she is expecting a girl, which she is relieved for as she is not sure she can stand the face of a kid who might look like Spencer, Theo, or Vincent.
Liv catches a glimpse of all the Galloway family looking at her as she takes her place at the table and talks about how she knows how despair can cause people to do bad things in the final moments of the finale. Is this a sign that one day Liv will be as evil as Spencer?
