One of the main stories revolves around Beckett, who runs a joint training course with Station 88. It is revealed that he’s the captain of Lt Cooper and Lt Cooper believes Beckett is the best leader he has ever had, much to the confusion of Andy and Vic.
Maya returns to the firehouse, however, she misses it to get Carina’s food to express how much she loves her. Travis was preparing for a radio broadcast and proposed that the homeless be given clean needles.
Station 19 Season 6 Episode 11 Ending Explained

In Gray Sloan, Miranda finds Carina, who claims to be living in a motel. Miranda arrives to ask for Carina’s support with the clinic, but before Carina can give an answer, Maya enters and delivers the lasagna.
Station 19 successfully conducts a rescue mission. As they head out, the team rags talk to one another, but Station wins in the end. Andy tells Sullivan he’s surprised by their Captain’s new power.
Brooke arrives at Station 19, bruised from a bicycle accident with Clara. Jack and Maya urged them to see a doctor, but they refused. When Brooke refused to leave, she finally gave in and admitted they consumed edibles hours before their bike ride.
Jack was furious and ordered Brooke to stop using drugs. He approached Clara and advised her to avoid Brooke. Suddenly Clara passes out before they can. Maya finds out that Clara is bleeding internally, so they pick her up and drive to Gray Sloan.
On the way home from the hospital, Jack admits he does not know what gift to give Brooke because they still know one another.
Maya recommends she strikes a good balance and avoids putting herself or Brooke in odd places. Beckett reveals in another training program that both squads are heading and racing to get the dummy first.
Beckett sent James, Cooper, Ben, and Andy. They all rushed to Beckett’s call. Station 88 finds the dummy, but as they do, an explosion occurs, knocking them both out. James awakens and tries to wake Cooper up, but has to call for help.
James tells Theo and Vic that Cooper saved his life. Theo started to wonder if it was a mistake or something was wrong. He notices Beckett and is about to approach her when Vic stops her, warning her that this isn’t the right time.
Beckett tells Andy that he’s heading to the hospital with Station 88 and that Andy will be in control until he returns.
Vic and the others had a discussion in the locker room, and Sullivan promised them that an investigation would take place. Theo believes Beckett made a mistake, but Sullivan and Andy remind him that they need proof.
Travis found out through one of his radio programs that he was getting lots of traction in the polls and endorsements. Eli tells Travis that this is a significant accomplishment and if the trend continues Travis could become mayor too!
Maya receives a message from Jack telling her they should leave soon, but she does not know when she will see Carina again. Carina promised Maya that she would contact her in a few hours to let her understand how she felt.
When Ben and Beckett arrive at Station 19, Ben informs them that Cooper is not safe. Theo could not take it anymore and confronted Beckett about another drink, blaming him for everything.
Andy tells Sullivan he is worried about the demise of the squad under Beckett’s “leadership”. Travis jumped in, saying he wanted to be a firefighter in his squad while he still had the chance.
Miranda called Ben and told him they could absolutely have a dinner date now that he had some extra help at the clinic. Eli arrives at the station to return Andy’s flat keys. Eli tells Andy he heard what is going on and tries to comfort and cheer him up. Andy runs to kiss her, ending the episode on a romantic note.
