Superman & Lois Season 3 Episode 1 Ending Explained

Everyone slowly mends themselves and their different situations in the 27 days since Clark founded a new Fort of Solitude in the middle of the ocean to enjoy with his whole family.
Lana Lang had matured in her work as mayor of Smallville, and Clark had started working for the Smallville Gazette. Lois, however, is keen to explore Bruno Mannheim and his role as leader of the world’s criminal enterprise Intergang, based on what she learned from John Henry Irons.
Lois realizes she can be with a child while talking to Darlene Irons, John Henry’s sister in this universe, and shares potentially life-changing information with Clark once he returns. Clark and Lois then tell John and Lana, with Lois expressing to Lana that she is thrilled about the likelihood of having another child.
However, Natalie Irons is aggravated with Sam because he spends time with her pretending to know him only to try to coax him into a Department of Defense initiative. The shock is all the more painful because Sam is Natalie’s grandfather on her lost planet.
Jordan jeopardizes Superman’s rescue of a crane in Kuala Lumpur, prompting Clark to scream at his son for not using his talents properly and putting lives in danger.
Jordan also struggled to define his relationship with Sarah Cushing, who claimed she was more of a friend than a love interest despite the revelations of her superhero identity.
Meanwhile, in Smallville, Lana is worried when a close by highschool discovers black mold within its walls, fearing that the city lacks the funds to adequately address the situation. However, the mayor previously warned him against reallocating city finances.
To commemorate Jonathan and Jordan’s birthdays, the whole community gathers at the Kent farmhouse for a picnic in July. As the better Atom-Man threatens Metropolis, Clark is called in while Kyle Cushing grows closer to Chrissy Beppo.
With an early advantage, Atom-Man prepares to kill Superman, only to be gunned down by an unknown assailant.
Before Superman can investigate the sudden murder, he’s distracted by the presence of Onomatopoeia and the supervillain’s powers of disguised voice control. In disappearing with Atom-Man’s body, he convinces Superman that there’s a more significant issue elsewhere.
Kyle and Chrissy secretly reconnect at his house while Sam and Natalie reconnect. Lana virtually runs into Chrissy the next morning when she hands Kyle signed divorce papers, an act which Chrissy secretly observes from a distance.
Lois and Clark are dismayed to learn from Darlene that she is not pregnant but has unexplained health problems that require more medical tests.
In a hidden laboratory, Bruno Mannheim and Onomatopoeia oversee Atom-Man’s experiments, managing to revive him long before the supervillain decides on his next attack.
