The plot is set in Montauk, New York where an Uber driver named Maddie is appointed by the parents of an academically gifted teenager to be their son’s girlfriend and seduces him into joining adult life where he shows an uncommon disinterest.
Jennifer Lawrence played Maddie in the series with Andrew Barth Feldman plays the socially clueless teenage Percy. The film’s title is a humorous indication of Percy’s sexual impotence. The film will be released by Sony Pictures Releasing on July 23, 2023.
