Bollywood actor Varun Dhawan reacted to the criticism that followed him after bringing up Gigi Hadid at the Mumbai Gala 2023.
There is much controversy that follows being celebrated in a public way which may or may not be related to its merits. And if you discuss some of the controversies, most of them are baseless because they lack any evidence or maturity.
Speaking of such things, the worldwide entertainment industry falls into the same category as some of the celebrities that surround it.
The same happened recently when Bollywood actor Varun Dhawan was criticized by several female critics and several people on social media. This criticism followed when the actor decided to leave Hollywood model Gigi Hadid at the Mumbai Gala 2023.
It was during her performance that went on plenty of songs and abruptly picked up the model and kissed her. As soon as the video came out, many people started commenting and criticizing it for no reason.
But it was when it came to the response that Varun Dhawan himself appeared on Twitter. He has replied to one of the users saying all these shows are planned.
Picking up the model and then kissing her was all part of the plan for the look. Gigi Hadid soon took to Instagram and clarified everything by calling her dream of a Bollywood debut coming true. He also thanked the actor for this Bollywood debut as it was just a dream for him.

Apart from all that, Gigi Hadid also shared some of her best moments in Mumbai. It is related to the Mumbai Gala which became famous and have become a hotspot as well.
For this event, the model brought a conventional Indian cloth called a saree. She wore a white and gold border saree while matching it with gold and bangles in numerous styles.
That is the reason why the model has also taken to Instagram and shared some of her astonishing photos which also include the designer of the saree, specifically Sandeep Khosla.
Gigi Hadid also shared her photos with several Bollywood actors like Shahrukh KhanVarun Dhawan, and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan. The model herself is an avid Bollywood fan and once admitted to watching Devdas films.
And that is the reason why her outfit for the Mumbai Gala 2023 was inspired by Aishwarya Rai and Madhuri Dixit’s outfits from the film. Besides him, we have also seen Tom Holland and his girlfriend Zandaya on this show.
Zendaya also chose to wear a blue saree for her red carpet appearance, while Tom Holland was seen wearing a Western-style black and white tuxedo.
