The 13 Pro’s IP68 dust/water resistance designation is a feather in the lid on its sturdiness. This is standard on most flagship phones.
A solid flagship Android phone with great camera and charging features. The Xiaomi 13 Pro, released in China late last year, has a lot to offer.
With great hardware, design and a few great technologies, the new Pro is prepared to exceed expectations now that it has gone global. This is the first international look at Xiaomi’s recent collaboration with image specialist Leica, and it is combined with a large 1-inch main camera sensor.
Remember Snapdragon CPU, astonishing display, fast charging battery and much more.
Xiaomi 13 Pro design

With the 13 Pro, Xiaomi has solidified its basic design for its Pro phones, sporting a 6.7-inch curved display & a grid-like camera unit on the back.

Xiaomi uses Gorilla Glass Victus for display, but it still provides a decent level of protection for a flagship.
Instead of additional glass, he opted for a “bio-ceramic” material for the back, available in Ceramic Black (shown) or Ceramic White.
The 13 Pro’s IP68 dust/water resistance designation is a feather in the lid on its sturdiness. This is standard on most flagship phones, but it is still reassuring to know that if it is soaked for a while, it will not suffer too much.
Pricing and Availability

The Xiaomi 13 Pro was first launched into the Chinese market on December 11, 2022. However, fans worldwide will must wait until the Mobile World Congress exhibition in Barcelona, Spain, where the phone is released globally on February 26. The cost of the Xiaomi 13 Pro is approx. $1,310 in the UK.
Despite being released worldwide, as a result of Xiaomi’s absence from the US and Australian markets, the phone is likely to be inaccessible.
Camera and Battery Life

Let’s say you received the huge camera upgrade of Xiaomi 13 Pro. In this case, you will get what appears to be a robust trio of 50MP sensors customized in collaboration with the photography experts at Leica.
The telephoto camera accepts another 50MP sensor behind a 75mm lens for 3.2x optical zoom and macro shots, with a 10cm focal length!
There’s also 8K video recording at 24fps and Dolby Vision-compliant 4K video recording at 30fps, with a claimed increase in night recording.
It’s also worth noting that the screen has a 32MP front-facing punch-hole camera that enables HDR and portrait photography.
The battery capacity is 4,820mAh, larger than the previous Pro and on par with Ultra. There is capability for 120W fast wired charging and 50W fast wireless charging.
Performance and Connectivity

Xiaomi does not skimp on the 13 Pro’s power. The Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor drives the show, with 12GB RAM and 128GB or 256GB storage options.
That’s comparable or better than what’s provided by default on competing Android phones. When compared to similarly priced phones, Xiaomi’s performance is impressive.
The 13 Pro worldwide comes with 12GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 512GB of UFS 4.0 storage, both of which offer faster read and write speeds and increased power efficiency over last year’s Xiaomi 12 Pro RAM and storage.
5G connectivity, dual SIM compatibility, NFC, and support for the latest Wi-Fi 7 standards and speeds are all available.
indictment

If you value speed and battery life, a handy and highly customizable camera package, and premium build quality, the Xiaomi 13 Pro is for you.
Unfortunately, trying to buy one in the US will be more painful than it is worth, but for most people who can get their hands on it, the Xiaomi 13 Pro offers all the power you need.
